As part of Bristol’s Make Sunday Special event in St Nicholas Market, Ingreedies teamed up with Source Food Hall & Café to put on a kids’ cooking demo featuring two recipes from the Ingreedies book.
Chef Ross Wills from Source cooked two recipes from Around the World with the Ingreedies outside Source Foodhall & Café. Families were invited to come along and help Ross make Thai Rainbow Veggies and an Indian Chicken Curry. Kids had the chance to help collect and prep the ingredients, as well make spice pastes for the recipes. Afterwards they all received taster pots of each dish to try.
Alongside the cooking demo, we designed colouring sheets and a competition to win an Ingreedies apron and box of cooking goodies. The Source menu for the day also featured three recipes from the Ingreedies book.
