Taste of the Wight is the Isle of Wight’s free local guide to food and drink. We’ve really enjoyed producing seasonal recipes for Taste of the Wight magazine featuring some of the island’s fantastic local produce.
Spring & Summer issues
Our first recipe, for the Spring 2017 issue, is Spring Garden Risotto, featuring local island producers The Garlic Farm, Farmer Jacks, Living Larder and the Isle of Wight Green Barn. For Summer 2017, we made Summer Souvlaki with produce from House of Chilli, Mottistone Farm Shop, Calbourne Classics and The Tomato Stall.
Also look out for our forthcoming Winter issue recipe – Spiced Parsnip Soup – a hearty celebration of seasonal root vegetables!
